Can you bind carpet I already own?

Yes. Bring in the carpet or rug you would like finished and we will bind or serge the edges for you. If the shape is unusual, bring in the rug you are replacing and we will use it as a template. You are also welcome to start from scratch with a piece from our remnant rack or any carpet we carry.

Where can I get a carpet remnant bound in Colorado Springs?

Right here. Pick a remnant from our rack and we will bind or serge it into a finished rug in whatever size and shape you need. Buying the remnant and having it bound in the same place is usually the least expensive way to get a custom rug.

What does a custom rug cost?

It depends on three things: the carpet you choose, the finished size of the rug, and whether you want a bound or a serged edge. A remnant is the most affordable starting point. Call us or come into the showroom and we will give you a detailed quote before any work starts.

What is the difference between binding and serging?

How long does a custom rug take?

Custom area rugs typically take 5-7 business days to complete, often ready sooner.

What sizes and shapes can you make?

Do you repair or resize a rug I already own?

Often, yes. We regularly cut down rugs and carpet that customers bring in and finish the new edges with binding or serging. Call us or bring the piece into the showroom, tell us what you would like done, and we will tell you what is realistic before you commit to anything.

Do you make custom rugs for customers outside Colorado Springs?

Yes. Customers bring carpet to us from across the Front Range. You are welcome to drop off your carpet and collect the finished rug during business hours. We also deliver, with a charge for addresses more than 16 miles from the showroom.
