Floor Craft's Online Ordering

Please read the below information to understand our online ordering policies and processes.

Ordering Process

Floor Craft will email customers directly after an order is submitted via the website. That email will include a link to an accurate quote for approval and a payment link. Floor Craft charges a 3% fee on all credit card transactions; there is no Floor Craft imposed fee on debit cards, ACH, checks, or Synchrony financing

Please note:

  • The final quote amount may differ from the total shown from the website order.
  • Freight charges from vendors will be added as applicable (see "Vendor Freight" below).
  • Products that must be ordered by the carton will be rounded up to the nearest full carton increment.

Shipping and handling

  • Vendor Freight

    Floor Craft sources products through a multitude of manufacturers, distributors, and freight companies. As such, it is extremely challenging to integrate the various drop fees, fuel surcharges, and pallet charges into e-commerce logic. Therefore, any relevant freight cost will be added on the invoice Floor Craft sends following the order. This expense is to get the material to Floor Craft, not the end customer.   • Local Delivery

    Floor Craft will deliver orders locally within a 16 mile radius of Floor Craft for a fixed rate of $125. Any orders over $1,000 qualify for free delivery. Additional details are provided below.

    Additional Information:

    • Local delivery only.
    • If delivery is elected, our Scheduler will contact the customer to coordinate delivery of the material and will provide a 2 hour window that the material will be delivered within. After being notified that the material is available, the customer has 30 days to take possession of it, after which interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be charged.
    • If the customer is not present to receive the material, it will be brought back to Floor Craft, and the customer will be charged another delivery fee for the next attempt.
    • Delivered products will be unloaded and stacked on the main level of the house or in the garage only.

  • Local Pick Up

    Our scheduling team will contact the customer once all components of their order arrive to notify them it is ready to be picked up. Additional details are provided below.

    • Must pickup within warehouse hours
    • After being notified that the material is available, the customer has 30 days to take possession of it, after which interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be charged.

Returns and Cancellations

Once an invoice has been paid, the order is placed and freight arrangements are initiated. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at onlineorders@floorcraft.us or call 719-633-7724. Online images are not always an accurate representation of the product. We strongly encourage customers to visit our showroom or request a sample prior to placing an order.

  • We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed.
  • If the product has already shipped, cancellation is typically not possible.

Returns

  • Floor Craft accepts returns of undamaged, stock material within 30 days of the customer receiving the order.
  • Special order products are often non-returnable and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any expenses associated with returning special order materials will be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Tracking

Product orders come from numerous manufacturers, distributors, and geographical locations of which Floor Craft has extremely limited control over. Floor Craft makes no guarantees of delivery dates, and any information regarding product ETA's is only as accurate as the information we are given.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed by our vendors, it will be added to our Order Lookup. The customer will receive an email for every order status update along with ETA information.
