Please read the below information to understand our online ordering policies and processes.

Ordering Process

Floor Craft will email customers directly after an order is submitted via the website. That email will include a link to the order lookup page for tracking and other important information. We strongly recommend ordering a sample or seeing the material in person in our showroom. Customers can request up to five samples prior to placing an order. Our sample order request form is located on our website under "Flooring."

ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE TIME THEY ARE READY

  • Local Delivery

    Floor Craft will deliver orders locally within a 16 mile radius of Floor Craft for a fixed rate of $125. Any orders over $1,000 qualify for free delivery. Additional details are provided below.

    Additional Information:

    • Local delivery only.
    • If delivery is elected, our Scheduler will contact the customer to coordinate delivery of the material and will provide a 2 hour window that the material will be delivered within. After being notified that the material is available, the customer has 30 days to take possession of it, after which interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be charged.
    • If the customer is not present to receive the material, it will be brought back to Floor Craft, and the customer will be charged another delivery fee for the next attempt ($125).
    • Delivered products will be unloaded and stacked on the main level of the house or in the garage only.
  • Local Pick Up

    Our scheduling team will contact the customer once all components of their order arrive to notify them it is ready to be picked up. Additional details are provided below.

    • After being notified that the material is available, the customer has 30 days to take possession of it, after which interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be charged.

Returns and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at onlineorders@floorcraft.us or call 719-633-7724 to speak to someone in the website department. Online images are not always an accurate representation of the product. We strongly encourage customers to visit our showroom or request a sample prior to placing an order.

Returns

  • Floor Craft accepts returns of undamaged, stock material within 30 days of the customer receiving the order.
  • Returns must be initiated by a Floor Craft associate. Please contact us if you need to return your order and receive a refund.

Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email that will allow you to view your order. You can also access the order lookup page from our website under "Services." Your order confirmation email will provide instructions on how to look up your order for tracking and other important details.

You will receive another email when your order is ready for pickup, and the scheduling department will reach out to you if you've selected Local Delivery. Please do not attempt to collect your order before you receive the "Ready for Pickup" email. Orders are typically ready within 1 business day.
