  • Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT)

Luxury vinyl tile comes in square or rectangular formats that replicate the look of natural stone, ceramic, or concrete. LVT offers the visual depth of real tile without the cold feel underfoot or the grout maintenance. It's a popular choice for bathrooms, laundry rooms, and entryways where water resistance matters.

Our LVT options include glue-down and click-lock floating formats from Karndean, Daltile, and Mannington.

  • Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)

Luxury vinyl plank mimics the look of real hardwood with long, narrow planks that click together for a floating installation. We also offer glue down and loose lay formats. Most of our LVP is waterproof with an SPC or WPC rigid core, making it a practical choice for kitchens, basements, and bathrooms, rooms where solid hardwood can't go. LVP holds up well to Colorado's dry climate and temperature.

We carry LVP from Mozaik Lyrus, Happy Feet, Karndean, Shaw, and Engineered Floors in a range of wood species looks and price points.

  • Sheet Vinyl

Sheet vinyl is the most budget-friendly option in our vinyl lineup. It comes in wide rolls, typically 6 or 12 feet, which means fewer seams and better moisture protection for large rooms. Sheet vinyl works well in rentals, utility spaces, and anywhere you need durable, water-resistant flooring at the lowest price per square foot.

Why Vinyl for Colorado Springs

Vinyl flooring handles Colorado Springs' climate better than most hard surfaces. Unlike solid hardwood, it won't warp or gap from our dry air and seasonal temperature swings. Waterproof LVP and LVT are especially practical for homes with slab foundations or below-grade basements where moisture from the ground can be a concern. And because some vinyl installs as a floating floor, it adjusts naturally to the minor expansion and contraction that Colorado's 50-degree daily temperature swings can cause. We offer Vinyl installation both as a floating floor and in glues down format too.

Vinyl Flooring FAQs

What's the difference between LVP and LVT?

LVP (luxury vinyl plank) comes in long plank shapes that look like hardwood. LVT (luxury vinyl tile) comes in square or rectangular shapes that look like stone or ceramic tile. Both are waterproof and install the same way, the difference is purely the shape and visual style. LVP and LVT can both be installed in floating as well as glued down format.

Is vinyl flooring waterproof?

Most of the vinyl flooring we carry is fully waterproof, especially SPC and WPC luxury vinyl. The rigid core won't absorb water, swell, or warp. Glue‑down LVP offers great moisture protection because it’s fully adhered. Sheet vinyl is also water resistant but seams and edges still matter. Sheet vinyl is one of the best choices for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and laundry rooms.

How does vinyl compare to laminate?

Both look similar, but vinyl is waterproof while most laminate is not. Laminate uses a wood-fiber core that can swell if exposed to standing water. Vinyl's plastic or stone composite core handles moisture without damage. In Colorado Springs, where basements and slab foundations can introduce ground moisture, vinyl is generally the safer bet.

Can vinyl flooring be installed over existing flooring?

In many cases, yes. Floating vinyl plank and tile can be installed over existing hard surfaces - tile, concrete, even old vinyl, as long as the subfloor is flat, clean, and dry. Our installation team will assess your subfloor and let you know what prep is needed. Call 719-633-7724 or visit our installation page for details.

How long does vinyl flooring last?

Quality luxury vinyl typically lasts 15 to 25 years with normal residential use. The thicker the wear layer, the longer it holds up. Commercial-grade options can handle even higher traffic. Proper installation and basic maintenance, sweeping and occasional damp mopping, keep vinyl looking good for its full lifespan.
