Why our Studio
Floor Craft’s Design Studio is available to rent for designers, contractors, or builders and their clients. The space is reserved ahead of time through our website to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts with other customers. The space can be rented for $100/hr and is charged by the number of hours that the reservation is for. Following the reservation of the Design Studio, an email will be sent by Floor Craft staff to approve the reservation terms and complete the payment. However, if any purchases are made by the customer or their clients from Floor Craft, the studio rental expense will go towards the cost of the purchased materials.
Example: If the Design Studio is rented for two hours for a total of $200, and a $500 order is placed with Floor Craft, the amount owed on the tile order would only be $300.
The reservation will prompt an address, which is the address of the job for which the design appointment is for. This is to ensure that if a designer has two appointments with a customer that result in no purchases from Floor Craft, but then a third meeting with a new client does result in a purchase with Floor Craft, the first two appointment costs for the unrelated job do not get credited toward the purchase by the most recent, new client.
Any cancellation prior to 24 hours of the appointment will be refunded in full. Any cancellation within 24 hours is nonrefundable.
